RECO USA
maintains a modern, well equipped manufacturing facility in Columbia,
South Carolina. We employ over 100 experienced personnel in a 110,000
square foot manufacturing facility. The plant is located on 13 acres with
both railroad and interstate access. We are a non-union company that
operates on one shift. We are an ASME
code shop that maintains both a “u” and "r" stamp. In addition to our
quality assurance department, we retain a full time third party inspector.
Upon request we
will provide a copy of our quality assurance manual for your review. RECO
USA is not limited to, but we 'typically work with material thicknesses
ranging from gauge to 1.5". We utilize carbon steel, stainless steel, and
various copper alloys as construction materials.RECO USA can
provide complete-cutting, forming, welding, and assembly services. RECO
USA maintains a raw material inventory in excess of $1,000,000.00. The
plant is equipped with 10 cranes ranging from 5 to 25 ton capacities, 10'
x 1.5" rolling capabilities, certified MIG and TIG welding with
x-ray.Our engineering
group utilizes auto cad for design purposes and full documentation. On
site blasting, painting, and lining per your specification is
